Creating a gallery
Create galleries from the Galleries section. Upload photos with drag-and-drop, set a cover image, add captions, and organize with drag-to-reorder. Link galleries to contacts and projects for easy reference.
Gallery themes and layouts
Choose from 12 gallery themes and 4 layout options (grid, masonry, slideshow, column). Each theme offers different styling for backgrounds, typography, and image presentation. Preview themes before publishing.
Password protection and expiry
Protect galleries with a password that clients enter before viewing. Set expiry dates to automatically disable gallery access after a certain date. Expired galleries can be re-enabled at any time.
Client selections and favorites
Enable favorites and selections on galleries to let clients mark their preferred images. Set a selection limit if needed. View and export client selections from the gallery dashboard.
File transfers and downloads
Use file transfers for delivering large files (RAW photos, video footage, design files). Create branded download pages with upload tracking. Files are hosted securely with download link expiry.
